This place fn sucks. They waste your time and the service is terrible. U can be front of the line and they allow other people to cut you. The employees have no self respect or respect towards others. I got two kids waiting with me after school. If they grew a pair than maybe they'd have a nice business

I called cricket to ask a quick question and they kept on hanging up on me or sending me directly to voicemail; I wouldn’t have minded to wait my turn on the extension line but what frustrated me was how you continuously sent me to voicemail!

My son was getting an upgrade for his phone, and I liked what I heard so I decided to switch. Ryan helped every step of the way, and when I had some questions the next day, I ran in, and they answered those questions too! They never made me feel like it was a bother, and I am very happy with my choice!!

Time for an annual phone upgrade - while visiting friends in the area, I stopped in at Cricket and met Asst Manager Ryan. What a great customer experience. I strongly resisted 5G, but had to go there anyway and Ryan's wisdom and soothing manner made it easier for me. He took his time explaining everything, set up "where's my phone" on my new phone and was kind to my service dog. This was a 5* experience and Ryan is a 5* guy. Thanks Cricket, thanks Ryan, you are the BEST!

We were so pleased with the service at this Cricket location. We were having trouble getting voicemail to function with a new phone and Anthony went above and beyond fixing the problem. He did a new software update and that fixed it. Great job!

Google it. Cricket has been RATED THE 2ND WORST CARRIER in the US, based on the selection of available plans, call quality, customer support, understanding of the bill, nationwide network coverage, the incidence of dropped calls, and of course, download speeds. Google it. I wish I had.
