We had to use our propane fireplace for heat for a week while awaiting a furnace repair person. We used up half the propane which had just been delivered. They cam back within a day of my call. Excellent service!

I’ve ordered oil from Crystal Flash for 2+ years and every order has been easy and gone smoothly with no hiccups. Every time I call to place my order each person I talk to is sweet and calm. I have experienced a friendly staff that is very interested in keeping their customers happy and well supplied with propane. I receive postcards from other propane suppliers asking me to switch. Why would I switch when I have nothing but good thoughts when it comes to my service?

Here's why Crystal Flash is a 5 star company. They do an excellent job, and their customer service is exceptionally fantastic. We live in a big old farmhouse in the country. When we got a new water tank, we chose to switch to an electric hot water heater, due to a great offer from our Midwest Energy electric company. So, the electric company and Crystal Flash worked together to change the lines, the wiring and the piping from propane to electric. In order to finish the project, we would have to empty the propane tank to empty to allow Crystal Flash to work on installing a new line into the basement.
We are on "Keep full", Crystal Flash makes sure our propane tank never runs out. Just for this one time, we were put on "Will call", meaning we will call them to tell the company that the tank is empty and they can commence with the work needed. Well, it was a very cold day in early March when company noticed a propane smell, which they thought was gas, flatulence or Sulphur. It actually is a sign that your propane tank is running on empty, and it stinks, but remember, it's your sign to get more propane.
Overnight the gas furnace stopped working. The oven stopped working, too. I went out to check the supply of propane in the propane tank, and it was at about 0%, so it was essentially empty.
I called Crystal Flash and was told that we are on "Will call", (which was changed from our usual "Keep Full" due to the situation where we had to get our tank to be empty.) When I spoke with the customer service representative in their office, she at first told me that they were not in our area that day, and would not be in our area again until next week. If I needed them to come out to this area, we would have to pay an extra fee for them to deliver propane out here. I kindly explained the situation, starting with how they asked us to run the tank to empty to install new pipes and new connections to the house. She saw that and immediately started informing the work crew that they needed to come out to our house to install the new system. When I told her that my husband's health was in danger, as he was being attended to by visiting nurses at home, at the time, and he could not handle the cold, in the winter, with his condition, the customer service woman leapt into action. She immediately understood the gravity of the situation, she realized that the office had changed our "Keep full" status to " Will Call" status, so she dispatched a crew to change all the fittings to bring everything up to par and she sent out a propane tank, she waived the extra fee and did not charge us the extra fee for coming out in our dire need. The specialized work crew changed the fittings, the propane truck filled up the tank and it all was done in the day I called, which was like a miracle. The man who filled the propane tank even came to ask me if I needed any help with the stove or the furnace to get them started. Luckily, they both started right up and we finally got heat restored! which helped my husband to endure his critical situation more comfortably. I want to thank Crystal Flash for recognizing a life threatening situation, the contract they made with us to change the fittings when the propane tank ran out, and for sending out a propane truck for refill the propane tank in a very swift, and expediated manner. They helped us out so quickly, that we could stay in our big old farmhouse, instead of moving a sick patient out into the house of a relative for that time period. Thank you to all the workers and the staff at Crystal Flash for serving your rural customers with life threatening situations, and treating us as well as you did. You are noble and honorable, I respect you all, you deserve an award for this. We will stick with you for life. Perfect website for ordering and account info. Easiest order and pay website of all my online accounts. Also went way out of there way to establish my new service in very undesirable weather and sloppy new construction lot conditions.

Had to get my credit pulled for the auto fill program. Had 31 spam calls saying I recently had my credit report pulled for a mortgage inquiry by noon the next day. Also they never mentioned a possible 200$ "pump out" fee until after they pulled my credit and confirming I wanted the service only to schedule my tank being set a month out knowing I only had 15% left in my old tank.*edited* the pump out fee was explained to me wrong and is not the case for my situation. Still dealing with spam calls..
