I started by calling around and seen that cube smart was cheapest and the whole process didn't take but 15 minutes I'm glad I went with cube smart thank you cube smart!

Average storage unit. There seems to be a lot of spiders but I didn't see evidence of rodents. The manager is nice, a bit too chatty to listen fully but he's nice and seems to know what he's doing as far as rentals go.

Fairly clean, Units are relatively tidy. Unfortunately significantly lacking in Security overall. Hole cut and peeled through the Fence at the rear by my particular Building. Renter a few Units away from mine recently had someone living in there Unit, a number of there things ruined by Human Waste or stolen.Affordable ?♂️

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and respectful. The fact that I was called to make sure everything was ok because the workers seen that I did not have a lock on my storage was amazing.

I've had an indoor unit for 2 years and haven't had issues with security. However, the cleanliness is not great, and I always have a lot of spiders in my unit. My biggest issue is the constant increasing of my monthly rate. Will be leaving and looking at competitors.

The sign up process was easy. Some confusion over the start date but we got that resolved. Then the manager canceled my reservation for some reason. Called the location and got it resolved with the training manager who helped me originally. Got moved in yesterday and was an easy process. Not the best area and there was trash left behind by other tenants. The staff has been great and the space fits our short term needs perfectly.

-5⭐️rating. I wouldn't even recommend this business to my most hated enemies. What's the point of having office hours in your window? But no one to work on the property. ?. I thought that having a gate code for entering and exiting added safety. I was wrong. The gate is always broken and left wide open for weeks. I walked in on Homeless people living in the indoor units. Empty beer cans and trash everywhere. Overpriced, bad customer service and your belongings aren't safe.
