Angie was fantastic.. customer service was phenomenal- I was so puzzled and in a rush and she was able to answer all my questions, take my payment and close my unit for me definitely a one stop shop and I recommend this storage until to America literally

So i requested a 5x10 unit for that was $72 but instead I was givin 5x10 unit for $77 how ever i didn't know that there was a protection plan involved and I had to pay a total of $120 for a unit that I didn't want don't go to storage Central of America they will try to rip u off i called and cancelled the unit still waiting for my refund of my $120

I had put my lock on wrong leaving my unit completely exposed. Trevor called me immediately after seeing this to fix the situation. I can't say how much I appreciated this.
