Went into the store on 6/24/25, close to 5:00pm - the store was trashed. Every aisle had stuff on the floor, items tossed about. Two people at the register, one was just sitting on a crate or box of some sort.

One of the dirtiest dollar generals I’ve ever been in. Literally, the floor was in terrible need of mopping. Goods everywhere except where they should be. Carts with merchandise in them just sitting in the isles. Too bad Texas Corners is way nicer than that. Started out okay, turned into a real pig pen. Seems like nobody cares. Will shop elsewhere!!

The store is a mess. Trash all over the floor. Isles packed with boxes. Very unsafe for elderly people to walk around. We have a hard time finding things. Stuff on shelves that should be on shelves with related things. Not a happy customer 😒

The store has went from good to terrible- no stock on shelves - aisles so crowded with boxes and just dirty! I have decided to not shop there again- I wish corporate could see this place

The "supposed" manager has no clue how to handle problems with customers. I purchased 6 Coke 2 liters because the tag said 2 for 5! I unloaded everything in my car and decided to look at my receipt. I was charged the full price of $3 for each one. I waited in line again, and the cashier said she would have to ask her "manager." He went to check the tag and came back and said it was an old tag and was supposed to be covered up. I explained that it wasn't my fault and that they should still honor it. He stood there looking at my receipt for about 5 minutes, not knowing what to do. He then said I would be right back. He came back and said there wasn't a label. It was covered up. I told him he was wrong because it was there and he knows it. I told him that I had expected a refund. He said there wasn't anything that he could do. I asked for the complaint hotline and he said that he didn't have it! Just wow!

Average dollar general experience, but one the employees, Megan, is great. Very kind and helpful, would very much recommend being on the lookout for her if you go here, she always has some super cool makeup on everytime I come in!Otherwise, it's dollar general. You know what to expect.

I have NEVER walked into this store and had it look clean, trash and paper on the floor, standing piles of dirt all over, and today I stood at the counter for a few minutes before I walked out of the store, the two ladies working were way to busy smoking outside together to help out a customer. I HATE that this is our only option out this way.
