The staff is always so friendly. I appreciate the family vibes that I get from the employees. I've been there many times and I feel like they know me now. They are always stocked, and they are the cleanest store. Keep it up guys!!

I called looking for a specific candle holder. Terrance was very helpful! Told me how many they had and put them to the side for me! Very thankful and had a nice experience with the other employees

Racist Employee Named Terrence,
I overheard the Cashier snap at a Gentleman for taking the Cart outside and bringing it back. Once the Guy left the Cashier felt the need to look to the customer hes currently scanning items for and say clear as day say"I hate white people, they just think they are so entitled!". The person he said that to was African American, they then looked at my fiancee who is white and next in line;And busted out laughing at her. He completely ignored her when it was her turn to have items scanned, and held a conversation with the next customer.
Called customer service only to be told I have to email corporate due to them not having a phone number.

The staff seem quick to kill, the shelves are stocked and ready to go but the quality of the product burns my eyes aesthetically.

They double charged me for 2 things and I didn't see that until I got home. They should pay attention when scanning! I'd rather do self check.

Signs say open till 9pm. It is 519 pm and they are closed. They need to post hours if they are not sticking to normal hours

When did the dollar tree become a 4 dollar store? It is ridiculous the dollar tree was the only store you could save a few pennies I might as well go to Walmart. I will not go back to this dollar tree.

Manager very rude! She acts as if she hates her job! I suggest she go fine a better career if she’s so unhappy and not customer savvy! She was very rude when I asked her about the price change, I never knew dollar tree sold $4 items. So when I asked her about it she got a quick attitude. Very nasty and rude! Do better!
