Dr Hooks was awesome to work with!I needed metal business cards laser etched. They worked with me on my designs and actually improved what I had sketched out.Throughout the whole process Dr Hooks took the time to call and communicate with me whenever there was a development in my product.Above all Dr Hooks is honest about what they are going to charge you. They do not try to beat around the bush with money.I look forward to the next time I need something laser etched by them.

Great family business, Brandon was amazing, knowledgeable, after a few quetions he drilled a ball for me on spot. Him and his father made my bowling experience special and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Oh and Hank is pretty special dog too!!

I live in one of the apartments directly above the shop. Between the hum of their machines, and the times they start making a lot of noise, I'm not impressed. They have been making loud banging noises that I can hear (and feel) through the floor, and it seems like they like to start doing it about 3 hours before they open. I really don't need everyone in my apartment waking up to the same alarm. Last time it was the roofing being worked on for nearly two months.

This place is incredible! Our team won a basketball championship in Grand Rapids and unfortunately they were not given trophies for their win. I wanted to make sure our team was rewarded for their hard work and Dr. Hooks came through for us. They were gracious about me wanting expedited service and engraved 20 trophies that same day. Kudos to this business for helping our team out!

I reached out to Lil a few months ago when I was looking to have some etching done on glasses for me. I showed her ideas for what I needed and she was very knowledgeable and assured me they could get it finished before my deadline.When I had all the items I went back and had them do the work we had talked about a few months ago.They kept me update on the progress and they even provided me a proof to review before they began. It took a few times to get the proof how I wanted it and Brandon was patience with me, but he brought me ideas to life.I picked up my glasses today and I'm extremely impressed with how they all came out.Thank you and I highly recommend their work.
