I had been looking for a good 4x4 truck at a good price for 2 months (seemed impossible in today's market) I saw one at this dealer with under 100k miles and under $10,000 with little to no rust. I ,admittedly with hesitation, went and checked it out and it looked too nice for the price so I was skeptical. Took it for a test drive and noticed the steering wheel was crooked and traction control light on. I took it back and told him about the issue and said I wanted to take it to my mechanic to check it out. The next morning, by 11, he called and said he had fixed the problem that it was an alignment issue. Suuuuure it was....well it was!! He then proceeds to tell me to still take it to my mechanic to make sure nothing else was up. I did. My mechanic went through it and said he couldn't believe the price in the rust free (frame and body) condition. This man not only fixed what I notified him of, he had me take it to my own mechanic so he could fix anything else that might be found!! As long as he is in business, I assure you, I will not even look anywhere else. Thank you for a very non typical and amazing experience!!! YOU SHOULD TEACH CLASSES ON HOW IT SHOULD BE !!!

This guy went out of his way to repair my car after a small accident. Got it back fast and for LOTS less than two other places. Don't look around, come here first! 2024 Recently went back for a headlight out. He had the bulb and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Still great service

I had my vehicle towed there and they wouldn't let it sit there....I also had to walk...so I wasted 130 on a tow because of them...btw I called ahead to let them know the tow truck was dropping it off...so yeah I talk to someone today may9th at 9am...Tow truck called me back saying they didn't want it there when i told him i couldn't make it down then until after 2.. It was also raining and i didn't want to walk my 4 year old in the rain.....They didn't want to help me out at all...

I went to this place to check what went wrong with my air conditioner. I put a new compressor a few months ago and there was a part missing because of which the air conditioner was not working. I called this place and the guy said he could fix it, so I went to this place immediately. When I went there, he said, it will take $75 to put that part and he said there is very less chance that it will work. I decided that I do not want to continue with the work because the guy acted weird and fishy. When I was about to leave the guy asked me to pay $25 which he did not ask for or tell me about when I called him or even when I went there. But I took out my card and as I was about to hand it to him, he said they do not take cards. I did not have the cash so he said I can go next door and use the ATM. I did not have my credit card pin set up which is why I told him I cannot take out the cash from the ATM and then he said he cannot release my car without $25. Luckily my mom was outside waiting for me, and she had $20 so I came inside and gave him $20 and asked for my car keys and he refused. I asked him why he did not tell me they don't accept cards the moment I entered that place. He said it is written on the piece of paper at the front desk. When I asked him to show me, he pointed out the paper where it said, "no checks". When I pointed out that it says no checks, not no credit cards, he reacted and said you are the worse. Further, he argued for the next 20 mins and wanted me to call someone to bring $5 more so that he can release my car. I had to call my brother to get the $5 so that this guy can give me my car keys back. This place is a trap, and they want to rip you off. This guy did not do any work to my car and barely spent 5 mins and he lied. I would say NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. They are very unethical and are very unsafe because they will not release your car. So, if you are ever in a desperate situation go there, and make sure you keep your car keys with you all the time.

Bought a car from James at Drake Auto and I absolutely love it. The process was super quick. I bought the car on Feb 14th and had it for two days and sprang a really nasty oil leak. Took it back and they fixed what they thought was wrong. Got it back. And couple days go by and my oil was leaking again. About 2 quarts every couple days. At this point I was frustrated and really upset that I had spent 6k on a car that kept leaking oil like a faucet. Fast forward another two weeks and two more trips back to the dealership they worked with me and got the car fixed. No more leaking and super professional. Never charged me for any of the services even though I bought the car used and “as is”. I’m happy that James worked with me, even offering me other vehicles on his lot if they were not able to fix the one I fell in love with. Overall I believe I paid a fair price. And I appreciate how helpful they were with getting the car completely fixed for me.

My heat stopped working this afternoon. My usual shop was closed until Monday, and the dealership didn't have any openings until December. I called and asked if I could drop my car off, thinking I'd have to wait until Monday for an inspection since it was only a couple hours before they closed. A nice gentleman got me in right away and told me it was just low on coolant. I was due for an oil change as well, so he offered to change the oil and refill the coolant. Then he advised they are cash-only and told me there is an ATM next door. That was a bit surprising, but I'm glad he told me before the work was done, just in case I didn't have enough in my account. He was really friendly. I wish I knew his name. Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly! I really appreciate it. :)Service: Oil change

I would not recommend this shop mainly because I took my car to the owner twice and he did not repair my car correctly the first time but charged me and absurd amount of money. The second time, he charged me a decent price but my car began to make a noise after he repaired it. He claimed that it needed another repair after saying that he finished the job. I would not recommend this shop because the owner is very money hungry and lacks customer service skills.
