All the stylists are super easy to talk to, very fun and kind. The space is cozy with all the natural light, furniture and awesome new paint job. I'm always offered something to drink when I walk in and never wait long. I never had a consistent hairstylist before Gabby and I am always amazed with the results. Not to mention she introduced me to the first hair product that has ever worked in my hair. I applied Eleven's dry shampoo volume paste before Universal Studios and was able to easily ruffle it back into place after a rollercoaster ride.

When I was sitting in my parking spot I got a notice my appointment was cancelled. I then noticed I was charged $75 for the cancel. Went inside and asked if everything was ok and the employee was hostile towards me. Said I couldn't be seen as the stylist was working on another client.
I never got my money back or any explanation. When you've made a mistake it's unprofessional to double down. According to the reviews this has happened to several people.

I’ve seen three different stylists here - all were great, but Bess was exceptional!! Not only was the haircut exactly what I wanted, but the collaborative process of the haircut was really refreshing too. Bess explained their approach and gave me different cut options to choose from throughout the appt, making me feel super in control of the style. Thank you!! ✨

This was my first time in here ❤️ Megan is an excellent stylist! She cut my hair just the way I wanted it and checked in on me to make sure the length was perfect! Can't recommend this place enough!!

Got an email saying my appointment was cancelled 30 mins before. Called the salon and they said since I cancelled I would have to reschedule. I never cancelled! My appointment wasn't even until 12:30 and Ive already been charged. I'm sitting in my car now at the salon. I can't believe this.

Over the moon about Drue Salon! They helped me with a very extensive haircut on my grown-out, wavy/ curly hair. My stylist, Allison, was not only professional and personable but took a great deal of time to make sure I was satisfied with every piece and angle of my very textured hair. As we know, hair can be a very personal thing, and Drue really delivered on making me feel seen, heard, and celebrated as a client. Drue healed my past hair trauma! Thank you Allison, Becky, and everyone there.
