Dyer was recommended to me by my mechanic after he tried to fix a trim clip and was unsuccessful. I stopped by and was greeted by Travis , who after looking at the trim, made 3 trips back inside to find the right piece. He was very kind and found the right clip! Brought in a fender to be painted. I specified to only paint top of fender so the underside will match other fender.
The entire fender was painted. When I picked it up and said something about it all he said was "whoops" and didn't offer to fix the mistake.
Good news!
Dyer called and made it right. I had it back the same day too! Great job!

The Customer service I received from Travis was exceptional, he took the time to work with my insurance company and to make sure my needs were met. The paint job and bodywork detail exceeded my expectations. I also love that they are a family-owned business, you can tell as soon as you walk in the doors, I loved petting the dogs there. I will continue to use and recommend Dyer Auto Body.

Only visited to get an estimate for car repairs. The place was cleaned and smelled really nice. The guy was very nice and super helpful.
