Rude, rude, rude! Wouldn't accept cash. No customer service greeting , saw my box and had to ask why I was there- duh! Then she refused to take cash - why? Lazy? They're next to a bank, go next door and gather some change, I'll wait! Won't be using FedEx again. I tried to use the survey on the receipt- the location code is bogus- I'm sure that's on purpose!
