I used to come here for all my printing needs and everything was well. The people working were kind, the prints looked great, and they saved all my files for me so I could come back and get prints anytime. Yesterday I went in to print my business cards and they told me that my business card file had been deleted. I was lucky to still have the original card, as I made it by hand and it is not a digital design that I can recreate. Today I went to pick up my business cards and asked if they could email my other files to me to make sure I had them in case the others were deleted. They then told me that ALL of my files had been deleted. All the scans of my original artwork are completely gone. They gave very little explanation as to what happened. They simply said their system automatically deleted them, despite being told in the past that my files would be saved for a year. If I ever thought in a million years that this would happen, I would have asked them to email me my files or I would have gone somewhere else completely. I am devastated as I no longer have all the original pieces to make new files to print again. I can no longer trust this company for my printing needs and that makes me very sad.

Knew how I wanted product to look but not how to get there. Kayla provided her knowledge about product, problem solved with me, and offered suggestions and alternatives. Moreover, I could touch and see the product before making final decision. Highly recommend.

Store was clean(restroom was clean as well) and customer service was on point. Everyone was very helpful and shipping prices were very reasonable. I will most definitely come here next time I need to ship something out.

I had a fantastic experience at FedEx recently thanks to an exceptional employee named Kayla. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to processing my international shipment and several bulky local deliveries. Kayla went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. People like Kayla make all the difference - we need more of her in the customer service industry!

Tried to call Fed Ex, but can't get anyone on the phone! Fed Ex just literally threw our box of catfood from chewy on our porch. We heard the impact from inside! Likely damaged cans. Left it out in rain so if we hadn't heard the big bang it would have been left in the rain. Not the first time it has been left in the rain or had dented cans.
