Tried to call Fed Ex, but can't get anyone on the phone! Fed Ex just literally threw our box of catfood from chewy on our porch. We heard the impact from inside! Likely damaged cans. Left it out in rain so if we hadn't heard the big bang it would have been left in the rain. Not the first time it has been left in the rain or had dented cans.

Anthony was great!!! My canva order was sent and when printed didn’t come out as expected. He helped me figure out the issue, which turned out to be their printer not being calibrated. He was kind and informative and corrected my order in a timely fashion!! He was patient with me through the process making sure my order was perfect. Since these were ordered for a work purpose, he was understanding and made sure our company would have the perfect materials. Customer service and knowledge was unlike anywhere else. highly recommend!

The individuals at this office are great and really friendly. However, FEDEX as a company is the absolute worst. I purchased a return overnight envelope for a visa, the consulate dropped it into the drop before the pickup at 5 PM. Called today to find out the driver never picked the packages up forcing me to cancel my flight. This is on top of the time when a FEDEX ground driver tried to get away with keeping my PS5 through constantly claiming the package was undeliverable due to no one being around to which I was in the door, and the second time was to have it rerouted to this location - he still tried to make it undeliverable though the store was open.

Do not use the scanning service. Scanned document selected it to be emailed. Charged 5 dollars to scan 10 pages. Emailed it to two separate email accounts. After a while asked staff if printer took a while to send email, they said up to five minutes. Left to run errands. Three hours later and the documents still havent arrived. Called to ask employee was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They did not offer any solutions and said the printer wasnt their problem. How is it not their problem its a PRINT AND SHIP CENTER! PRINT IS IN THE NAME!!!! The broken printer seems to just be a maintstay of this store. Printing works fine, but again scanning is a mistake. If you need to have something scanned just go somewhere else.

I was impressed with the services that I received from this FedEx office. I had a printing deadline that ended up being 2 different deadlines on 2 separate occasions and they provided excellent customer service to me both times. The way they assisted me with my projects and completed the printing within an hour of receiving my email so that I could meet my deadline was above and beyond the call of duty. I am forever grateful to them. Megan, Anthony and Mike stood out as exceptional employees. Thank you for having compassion and concern for you customers. Kudos to you all.

I stopped here to pick up two packages. They could only find one and I didn't have a tracking number for the other so they couldn't help me. I left and got ahold of the persons who shipped it and got a tracking number. It showed that they had received the package the day before so I went back to the store. They actually looked for the package this time (it was a 20x20x20 box) and found it. I asked why they didn't find it before just to see if they would fess up. They said "oh, uh, well we just got a couple deliveries and it was in it." It was the assistant manager that was helping me. Very disappointed. I will avoid fedex for my shipping needs. I do not recommend using them.

I've been using this FedEx location for all my printing needs for a number of years and have never had strong feeling about it one way or the other. Until today.Stopped in to have a 35 pg report printed, bound, and shipped. Usually I would hand my SD card to the person behind the desk and they would take care of everything. A quick in and out; couldn't ask for more.Today when I went in and asked for a file to be printed the lady working at the desk sent me to a work station. She said that it would be 30 cents a minute on the computer plus a dollar to print each page plus 20 cents per piece of paper. Assuming that their system had changed I sat down at the computer only to find that it had no working SD card reader. Long story short I left empty handed after paying them 1.20$ for the use of their broken computer.Side Note: later went to the FedEx print shop on S Westnedge, handed my SD card to the person behind the desk and he took care of everything. A quick in and out; couldn't be happier.

I am actually AMAZED at how INEFFICIENT and UNHELPFUL the staff is at this place.Mike, the only man working, was helping TWO CUSTOMERS at once when I walked in. While Meegan, the other woman on staff, was doing some project right in front of me, watching me wait patiently to send my small, simple package. She just ignored me, for about 10 minutes. Finally, Mike was done doing two things and once and I made it to the front of the line. HOW SHOCKED WAS I when yet ANOTHER employee, who's name I didn't catch, emerged from the back, only to head DIRECTLY to the bathroom! (I forgot to say that Meegan also had time to use the bathroom while I standing there.) So now we have 2/3 of the staff taking bathroom breaks in a 15 mintue period, BOTH OF WHICH have ignored me completely.The lack of customer service went on during my transaction, as a new customer came in with a litany of print requests to simply be told "You have to that yourself." Wow. Just, wow.
