I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I dropped my car off for a wheel alignment at 3pm, they said it should be done in 1 to 2 hours. I called at 5pm they said they were just starting on my car and they will call me when it’s done. I was confused on why it took 2 hours for them to start working on my car if my appointment was 3. I asked them will my car be finished due to them closing at 6pm, they told me they will finish my car and call me soon as it is done they are aware I was picking my care up same day. 6:45 pm came and I never received a call so I went up to Firestone and my car was sitting outside unlocked unattended the place was closed! I am so frustrated cause I was LIED to and I had to cancel all my plans! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE AT ALL! VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY DO NOT HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH CARE AND IS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY WITH YOUR CAR IN THEIR CARE!

Uh mixed feelings. Called them the day prior because they were about to close. Asked if they had anything open the next morning. Said yes they could get me in as soon as them opened. I was the second person in and ended up having to wait over 3 hours to get 2 tired put on and rotated. During my wait i asked how much longer and he said not too long, they did 1 tire about an hour ago just had 1 more to go. Was very confused and little upset. Not sure why they are doing 1 thing and then moving to the next vehicle instead of completing the first car but 🤷🏾♂️

I got my breaks and rotors replaced here at about 98,000 miles and I’m currently at 110,000 and one started grinding already. Went there today and was told “just depends how you drive” I left and went to Dykstra’s auto and getting them replaced AGAIN.. Dykstra’s auto offers a warranty up to 30,000 past repair. Go there instead!

I brought it in Sunday I was told they couldn’t see it until Monday, didn’t get a call Monday, Tuesday didn’t get a call so I called them and they told me they would call me back later to give me an estimate. Never received a call, so I called them Wednesday and that’s when Chris finally helped me and apologized about the non communication. Besides that it was fixed quick I just wish the communication was better

Cashier told my wife she was signing up for a rewards card (think coffee rewards) and signed her up for a credit card without ever mentioning the word “credit”. Total intent to scam and get people on the system. Service was acceptable.

Poor communication with me, poor communication across staff members, attempts to upsell and do unnecessary work, took way too long (an entire week just to replace u-bolts and they didn't even call me when the work was done), talked to me like I was stupid (likely because I am a woman)

I needed a battery and installation of the battery. I called Firestone and they were able to get me in within 30min of my phone call to them.

I went and explained to the guy there that my car is pulling to the right and right after they did a front end alignment and I go back like 4 months later and they told me my car is fine and it’s just the low spots in the road and I said no it cannot be and he said I assure you and I left and now I have expensive tires with wear on the inside of my driver side tire and now I’m going back to demand something to be done about it

Needed two tires for 2014 camaro 245 55 18. On line showed 16 tires in stocks at West Main location. Brought tires off car to them on 08/23/24 around 10a.m. told tires actually had to be acquired from Grand Rapids was told could get them late the same day. Saturday 08/24/24 drove up at around 10 a.m. thinking they might be ready to go. I was told tires did not come but should arrive at 11 a.m. Also told if there was a problem they would call me. Knowing that they close at 6 p.m. , I called them at around 4p.m. only to be told that again tires did not make it. I was told maybe they would come Monday 08/25/24. I was frustrated and made my third trip from Allegan and took my tires back home. I'm a firm believer in if you tell someone you are going to do something you need to follow thru .

Had a 9 am appointment to have tires changed that I took off because my work truck was to big to fit in the garage. And at 7 pm they started locking the doors and going home. I have customers that are looking for me to work on there house tomorrow. But in like Firestone I keep my appointments and my word when I say I'm going to get it done. I get it done.
