Completely disrespectful branch manager. Went in to open an additional account with special requirements.sat down with Joe Ludy branch manager. He flat out refused to listen to me with documentation in front of him he asked six times about the wrong person. It was clear he was not listening, to me, reading the documentation in front of him and not comprehending my needs. When I gave up and left his office I asked someone familiar with my accounts if they could help, Joe said he is her boss and I could leave. He then told her not to help me with an account. How petty can you be? I got my account opened at another branch with the same documentation and only explaining one time who was who for the account. When I spoke with his boss I got brushed off like it was nothing. I guess if you don't mind being disrespected and treated rudely, Joe's your guy at this branch!

Shout out to Joe! I’m in the process of buying my first house and everything the mortgage lender asks for gets overwhelming. Joe has been so helpful and responsive to all my inquiries and I am eternally grateful!
