Store was a mess and there were no customers. I went for a phone charger but most of the slots were empty. Id recommend going somewhere else if you can.

Nice store in a nice location. Lots of goodies for decent prices. Clothes, food, toys, accessories, decorations, games for the family, makeup for the girls, yard stuff, traveling stuff, they have a bit of everything. Store was clean and staff was friendly. If you have never been it's worth stopping in and checking it out. Lots of stuff!

The staff were very nice but the store really needs to do something about that bathroom. It was very unpleasant and I wouldn't be paid enough to sit down or be near that toilet seat.

I'm obsessed with this store! I Went yesterday and spent all my extra money on clothes and toys! But I didn't realize they closed early on Tuesdays though, it was kind of weird. My husband and I went in yesterday around 7:40pm and they started yelling at everyone that the store was closing, and rushed everyone out of the store. But I still love five below even if they don't have the best service or customer service I should say.

Wants their employees to scan your items in self checkout. If you want your employees to be cashiers take out the self checkout!

Absolutely worst experience of our life! My 5 yr old daughter was treated horrible and we will never go back. All she wanted to do was scan her goodies but as we were told no, she watches EVERY other costumer do it. All she could say is that makes me so sad. As I called management, she had a script she read to me pretty much. Have some compassion and heart. The manager at w main in kalamazoo did not care she just spoke over me saying she is so sorry. Like ok? Whats going to change?? We will never be returning. Sick people

Please tell ur employees if they “must” check us out to not lick their fingers before touching my stuff it’s disgusting 🤢 had to come out to my car a disinfect everything she touched.
