“This is my home gym. I enjoy it a lot and LOVE the sauna and water facilities. I have yet to try the portage location but I would like to. The staff could be friendlier but I don't deal with them very much. If you're looking for a well priced gym that has everything you need and more... check out the Y.”

“If you’re looking for a nice local gym to build into your routine, this is the right one. This location was never swamped but still had a small gym community vibe. The management was chill and the equipment was applicable for most free weight and machine exercises.”

“I Love this place. A lot of anemities for a great LOW membership price. Today I returned and used the showers, very nice* relaxing? Used the HYDROMASSAGE, Red light Therapy, Tanning bed 13 for 9.5 mins., and just before bed returned the the relaxation pod.. i feel so much better tonight than I have in ages mos..
