“I attend ballroom dances here about once a month sponsored by USA dance. Typically the 3rd Saturday of the month from 7 - 10 pm. The facility has 2 full size basketball courts in excellent condition. Many activities are available here thru the week. Many activities available for all ages.”

“I have been a black card member for about 6 months now. This location is a little farther for me than others, but I love coming here. The morning staff is wonderful!! I use a walker, and many of them will run to open the door for me. Machines are well maintained and it is always clean.”

“I am a long time Strength Beyond member, coming back to the Gull Rd gym after taking an extended hiatus. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the newer equipment, free towel service, a small but sufficient locker room, and sauna that has been added. There are plenty of free weights, a good selection of weight machines, and cardio equipment. Oh, and did I mention the place is spotless! There is a women only room and another room for classes, posing, stretching, etc.
Aaron has been in the fitness business for 25 years and has stepped his game up. If you want to support and be a member of a local gym that has 24 hour access, caters to all ages and levels of fitness while maintaining an old school atmosphere, look no more!
