Talk about some awesome employees I've been there about three times in the past month or so and I leave spending way more than I want to but that's only because I get way more the prices are amazing and the employees will help you in any way to save money they are all about the deals and all about explaining to you how to get them and they are not pushy in any way to get you to sign up for the membership but if you don't want to do it that's no problem they'll still help you in any way to get the best deal you can get on anything there

Tools, tools, and more tools! Great selection at a decent price... And if you need to exchange something and lost your receipt they can look up your receipt history via your phone number

Decent tools, large selection. Any corded tool is great. Most battery tools are garbage. Have many Pittsburgh and icon hand tools and haven't had any issues.

Always having a sale or sending out coupons. Like the air compressor accessories, thr Bauer branded tools are good. Bought a SDS Max Bauer hammer drill as a backup when our Hilti had to be sent in. Was more HP, just didn't clutch out as nice as the Hilti.
Good prices on cable ties, tool boxes and tools.

They have great prices, and their staff is consistently friendly. It may seem like the bare minimum but even when I don’t know what exactly I need they help me quickly and respectfully.

The 12/20/24 predator 212 coupons for $89.99 are limit 1 per customer and you let Nicholas buy 4 for $89.99 each when it should’ve been 1 for $89.99 and the other 3 at full price. Dude is already reselling the extras on Facebook.

Great prices on now quality products. Just about anything you need. Lifetime warranty on tools is a plus.

I would have given 5*, but what I needed was out of stock. I would have substituted colors, all out.
Josh - a sales associate would get 6* He really helped a lot and went above.... Finding a screwdriver set for my eyeglasses, then I needed help separating strong magnets I was buying, on and on. His work ethics I was glad to see.
The store was clean, and orderly, merch was clearly marked. No prolonged wait for the cashier.
