The new service advisor was great! I just got an oil change as I NEVER take my car here anymore for bigger fixes. It’s too costly and since taking it elsewhere there were some previous fixes I had done at this dealership and come to find out they weren’t done or weren’t done properly. I know things change but just optimistic on the trust I put into this place. I do think that management needs to verify and check quality of work that is being done on customers cars especially because this is a certified business.

I've had all my previous oil changes here since I bought my jeep and this was the worst I've ever received. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes longer than the estimated time, even though I made an appointment. No one checked in with me or updated me. No one reviewed the service with me after completion. As far as I know all they did is replace the sticker and charge me over $90 for just an oil change. I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning.
Edit: reading some of the other recent reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only one. The new owners really need to take a closer look at their customer service.

I went to the jeep dealer where I have always gone. I waited for 1/2 hour for someone to do the oil change. No one went over the inspection that is normally done. They left me sitting in the waiting room while they talked and listened to loud music. Finally someone came in told me the cost took my debit card. He brought it back and said your receipt is in your email. No one apologized for the wait or thanked me for my business. I drove from Battle Creek expecting the service I always received frim Hays Jeep. I will never go back to any of your dealerships and this will ne put on Google.

Always attentive and we get step by step videos of what they’re seeing and what needs to be done. Great customer service! Provide estimates for future service needs. And they wash your car after every service! Highly recommended.

Brought my car in not damaged and it was damaged within 45 minutes and no one could telll me exactly what happened. Service manager made me feel like I needed to prove it wasn’t before I came in. Thank God for the general manager he is taking care of the plastic pieces but who knows about the paint and other scrapes.

Experience buying the car with the sales rep was great, really nice guy. Finance is a joke - I changed my mind on the gap insurance BEFORE I even got keys to the car. Been ignored multiple times, then asked for the company’s phone number and was told ‘they don’t have one you can have’ so I wasn’t even able to contact the 3rd party myself? Then all of a sudden they managed to get in touch with them and would you believe it….. some sort of admin error and we have to do the whole process again. Still waiting for the documents…. The guy in finance tried to have me sign a blank form and said he will fill in the rest? Sour taste in my mouth - waiting on my check for $1250
Changing to 1 star due to the sheer laziness of replying with their standard 8000 number for sales, maintenance and hours of operation. So do you really want to hear my feedback or not ?
EDIT- still haven’t spoke to a manager or anything regarding my issue and it’s been 4 more weeks.
Still haven’t got my refund that was meant to be 3 weeks over 3 months ago. This place is a joke - avoid 100%

I dropped my car off early for an oil change so I could get to work. I received an email a couple hours later letting me know that everything checked out during the inspection and that all I needed was the oil change. This is my second oil change here and what I appreciate most is that they aren’t trying to sell me something I don’t need!! I appreciate their integrity. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they washed my car as well! Excellent, honest service!!! Thank you!
