I love this store, especially all of the different arts and crafts. But I think that the workers should be more educated about the product they sell. I was there this afternoon and I bought two PJ outfits for my daughters. The issue was that I asked the worker if she knew if they were kid sizes or adults. She responded I have no idea, well because of this I accidentally bought the wrong size. I needed a small, they ended up being for all ages to adult sized pj's so everyone knows.

Hobby Lobby is my go to for DIY sewing projects. However, the past few times I have been here, I have been charged full price for items that are on sale. It would have been fine if it was once or twice, but it’s been happening every single time I go there recently.

Was in the store looking at yarn for a few min before they sent their security, a man in uniform with a tablet passed by me over 6 times, watching me in the aisles. Got to the point that we held eye contact a few times and he kept pacing by me, watching. Felt creeped out so I left. I’d avoid unless you like being followed around a store without cause.

Pretty big store with lots of deals. They have all your crafting neess and tons of decorations for all the seasons. If you have a hobby this is your store. A little on the pricey side but they run deals a lot that kind of counter that issue. We love this store and go quite a bit.

Love going to HL. But do to limitations its hard to spend time looking around. I would probably spend more time looking around and spend more money if i had a mobility scooter to use while shopping. Now i just go in for what i need and get out. Regular wheel chairs dont make it easier to shop.

I LOVE hobby lobby and spend way too much money here however the last time I came here I went to get a cart from the ones to the right just inside of the doors. There was a higher up female employee standing in front of them so I very nicely said “excuse me” and pointed at the cart. She rudely snapped back “there are carts over there” I said “okay? Can I not use these carts?” “You can but there’s carts over there” “lady all you had to do was move a foot for me to grab a cart not be a rude!”
I haven’t been back since! Pretty sad they have someone in charge that’s that rude to customer just trying to get a cart to FILL and spend hundreds of dollars in there store

Best place for retail therapy. If you're not good at crafts, you can buy most anything already made.
