Jennifer is the most unprofessional and inexperienced tax preparer that I have ever met. I went with a friend to file her taxes to then get a call from Jennifer, stating that my friend is not allowed back because she felt uncomfortable that I was questioning her professionalism and experience based on her going completely silent during the tax return, not being able to find the save buttons or put the dependents in correctly. She kept questioning my friend, and because my friend is extremely inexperienced in doing her taxes, I was there to help, but Jennifer was very confused and almost seemed under the influence. She was googling things because she didn’t know how to do the taxes and even went as far as sitting with a colleague for a few minutes, stumped. This lasted over TWO HOURS. I would hope that this branch does something about this and questions her or pulls up video camera footage as I cannot imagine other people who sit with her have a good experience

Easy to schedule an appointment, very efficient, nice office staff. Liz was great to work with, she explained things and took her time. I didn't feel rushed or ignorant even though it was my first time with some of the self employment things.

I love using H&R Block. I normally go in office but my daughter was sick and had to change to an AOL and it was so easy uploading my documents and getting my taxes filed all in a 30 minute phone. We will be back next year.
