Horrible at helping you.
I EXPLAINED MY HUNTINGTON ACCOUNT WILL NOT LET ME CONNECT TO ANY OUTSIDE BANKS!!
I explained I can't connect Mercantile to my Huntington bank. Their response if it's bc the banks can't pair... yet thier online system had me give account numbers and they made deposits too... soooo? Plus the Huntington app never alerted me that they couldn't be linked to Mercantile! Nor sent an email or an alert in my account about this situation! So this response from this branches seems completely bongus!
Then they told me my Navy Credit Union account also couldn't be connected because I entered the wrong account number and therefore could not connect that account, despite I signed in successfully AND THE NAVY CREDIT UNION NOTIFIED ME VIA EMAIL THAT THEYRE CONNECTED! They told me to retry entering the Navy Credit Union info to connect and that should work. I explained I already did and it hasn't helped. Crickets!
Huntington said they couldn't help me nor did they pass me to their tech support just wanted to give me their CS number... that would tell me the same thing! Not happy!
I further explained after I tried connecting my accounts, it now no longer recognizes MY OWN HUNTINGTON ACCOUNT!!! Sooooo... please do explain that away too Huntington!!!
Huntington didn't want to truly look into the situation nor fix their technical glitch as clearly this isn't on me.
Thinking of changing banks now, can't trust then with my money nor do they take care of their customers!

I have been with chemical bank since 2011. I have never had a problem with them. I feel confident in having an account with them. I don't like change and it worried me when the name of the bank kept changing. I kept a close eye on my account and still do. Lobby staff are very friendly.

Have a car loan at Huntington. Went into bank to make payment. Clerk would not cash a $25 check for me because I don't have a checking account there. Guess where my next loan WILL NOT be from?
