My husband purchase a new interstate battery in texas before our trip to Michigan ,when we arrived to Michigan we start to having issues with the battery, after a few days we finally found a store here in kalamazoo and we went on a weekend we explain our situation, they test the battery for free and confirm it was a bad cell, they took care of the rest ,very friendly staff ,very knowledgeable and very professional, we are very thankful for their help. Awesome experience.

This is my go to battery shop, And much more! Everyone is very Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! I am always received excellent advice and accommodating service that has steered me in the right direction and got me on the road, lake, and to my campground on time with a working battery!

There are many interstate battery locations that sell way cheaper than here. 33 years I've been a mechanic bought many batteries. Shop before you come here. Staff is not interested in getting u the best value. They simply tell u what u need and that's your option. Very inexperienced and surprisingly rude. Many batteries companies, do your research and only use this location if you're desperate.

Grant customer service going beyond replaced 2 batteries and there was a fluke took car back they had called another service and found out to reset car I'll continue to be a customer and will refer ppl to go there for batteries help

I need to give a huge shout out to to the two gentlemen at Interstate. They went above and beyond to help me even though what I was seeking was not a product the carry. An alternative was offered and guys, wow, thank you so much. Along with your kindness that had me stuck to the floor, I admit it. It was the hat! I just gave up my boots and two hats like that, and I was homesick looking at it. You wear it well!?
