They spelled my husbands name wrong and his business name wrong and charged us almost $900. They said they couldn’t correct it until after we received our refund. We also are unable to access any of our documents online and they can not tell is why. I verified my account as instructed and it still will not work. When we did receive one of the refunds it was for $1,000 less

Jalissa went above and beyond to help us with our taxes. She is very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We will definitely have her do our taxes again next year. She is a wonderful person and represents the company very well.
