I would not recommend Kalsee Credit Union for every day banking. Courtesy pay is only a courtesy to them at your expense. Don’t fall for their fake sincerity or catchy slogan “we believe in building relationships and cultivating financial wellness, empowering people to focus on what matters.” That certainly was not my experience. I lost money banking with Kalsee.

Kalsee is a ripoff they did so much to me I’m taking them to court the staff is so rude to me every time I would go cash my check I had a problem every time after I withdraw all of my money because they couldn’t explain y some how 25 dollars came up missing and I questioned it and they couldn’t explain why that’s when I withdraw my money I was flagged in the system every time I went in there I had a problem with the staff so now I’m banking somewhere else now so they was so personal that they closed my account after I transferred my loan to another credit union they was so hot they game they played on me back fired thank Kalsee I’m happy with where I’m banking go Arbor they was so upset and personal I couldn’t even go and get my paperwork to transfer my account they wouldn’t even let my wife so if u get to read this and they banned me for nothing well to take control of my account Eddie Mac I’m taking them to court

I would not recommend this credit union to my worst enemy... my mom has been with them over 40 years and they constantly screw her over and this last one is a real doosie.... my mothers card was compromised and they spent 1300 dollars before they froze the card all with no experation date or security number... they let 20 plus transactions go through, until it was 750.00 in overdraft ,before they stopped it..... then forced my mom to get out of the house while on hospice on her death bed to be seen in person and did absolutley nothing for her...not even a new card or access to her online banking and now want her to come back in to there location again with all this snow ... she hasnt recovered from the last trip in there! She did not get to have a thanksgiving which is likley her last n she hasnt had any access to any money since the 15th leaving her without her meds or food in her fridge kelsee is literally killing my mother....shame on you kelsee my mom is dying and u are a huge contributor only making it worse !two weeks without her medication and on her death bed and u cant even let her get a new card or have anyway to access her acct. You guys are pure evil! I'm sure u and the horrible branch manager on cork st. Andall other employees had a won and u robbed this loyal customer of her last one!derful Thanksgivings....

Their is a reason I went to a credit union, So I could access my money from where I work and now I can't access my money the day I get paid because no one is in the office. I'm fed up that these people are able to inconvenience people like they do and they feel good about it. On a holiday week I shouldn't have to pay you $10 to access my money on a Wendsday because you piles of garbage are closed on a Thursday.

I'm going to be done with kalsee soon. I can't get a loan with a 700+ credit score. I just wanted to take 68.50 in coins and put it in my checking account and they don't do that either. Absolutely nothing there for me. They won't do anything for me whatsoever. I took my coins to my other credit union and they happily changed my coins to cash without a charge. I've been a customer of theirs since 1999. I'm so over their nonsense!

This is a great place to bank! Not only are the products and services top-of-the-line, but the employees here are wonderful to work with. They take pride in what they do and put in the effort get to know their members personally and figure out how to best meet their needs.

Call center supervisor Veronica Baker threatened to close my account and mail me a check after refusing to let me speak to her boss. This all ensued after my wife and I had to call 5 separate times in an hour because they kept locking my debit card when making a mere $90 purchase. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she doesn't have to let me and then said she's closing it and hung up on me. They then called my wife and told her in order to keep the account open, I must be removed from the account. Needless to say, I will be opening an account with ANYONE other than them. Have had issues for years since opening and I am finally at my wits end. If you value your hard earned money, go anywhere other than Kalsee Credit Union.

After over 30 years with this credit union we moved our personal and business accounts. They even messed up closing our accounts. Management needs to pay more attention to the people they make branch managers. Sad.
