Sunday night 7 pm. One checkout lane open. 7 carts in line. And we get to bag our own groceries. I won't even go into the prices. We all know.

Absolute crap customer service. Priscilla needs to GO!
Her employees complain of her behavior and I’ve seen it first hand. Already filed a complaint with corporate and will be speaking to their store director tomorrow. Exhausted and angry just touches on my experience tonight. Curbside orders need to be CUT OFF when you don’t have employees to pick them! Not leaving a message for your customers 40 minutes after the pickup window starts telling them to come get their groceries tomorrow! Like WHAT?! I’m paying MORE for curbside, I’m sitting in the parking lot now an hour beyond when my order was supposed to be ready (my pickup was between 6-7 and it is now 8). Sheila promised me a $25 gift card and hung up on me when I asked her to hold so I could open my window and speak to her minor employees standing in the freezing cold! She sent them out later with two EXPIRED $20 in store credit vouchers—after I told her I would be shopping at Walmart.
Second crap experience out of two—you lost our business! There’s a Walmart across the street. It’s shocking, but their service is far better.
Serenity and the other young woman working with her tonight deserve raises and promotions. The adults inside couldn’t be bothered to come talk to me (I have Covid, that’s WHY I ordered curbside), but they were mature and speedy in their thoughtful responses.

Extremely busy since i went at 11:30 Xmas eve but still got through the lines with ease and yeah I had to substitute a couple of items but it all worked out

Good shopping trip. Could’ve had more coupons and rewards since you pretty much have to do your own checkout. We accidentally walked out w something we didn’t pay for and even tho we were exhausted my hubby went back in to pay for it. I’m sure stuff walks out all the time and most people prob don’t have the time or energy to come back in.

Can't begin to express how disappointed with their pathetic pricing, like buy one second 40% off, i never buy into any of it. So it flat out says 1.50 off if you clip coupon on app!

Meijer is the WORST. Their newest, deceiving sales technique is to trick you into thinking you got a deal only to find out at the checkout that you had to buy FIVE to get that special.
Only- the ink on the sale is pale, and they look like the regular sale stuff.
So I put a bunch of stuff away.
MEIJER IS THE WORST!! Their deceiving sales are making a mockery of their customers.
You don't see a whole lot of senior citizens shopping here either. They all went to Walmart where the price on the shelf is the price you get.
What happened to this chain?
Prices skyrocketed when they remodeled and rebuilt all over their network.
Great NEW freezers guys, only, no one can/wants to shop here any more.
The customers paid to remodel a grocery store they can no longer afford to go to.
And the NEW Meijer likes to make you jump through hoops to get a simple sale.
MEIJER IS THE WORST.
