Lost my car during the BIG Freeze of Jan 2024. Metro Connect has been a life and appointment saver. It gets me to and from my appointments and the drivers are helpful and friendly. So is their phone staff.

Best driver(s) ever!!! Imagine many vehicles being stuck in a snow storm southbound on Westnedge Hill...my driver was calm, creative and courageous. Help was on the way but he worked some miracles and we forged ahead to pick up more passengers. Thank you for going above and beyond and keeping your cool.
