I was there earlier today after 4pm.. they stated their computers were down... I waited in line for atleast 10 minutes.. then they tell me I have to go through an app just to update my auto pay.. terrible in location customer service. Going there is an absolute waste of time.

Needed a new phone. People were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Told me the brand new T Mobile Revel was the best Android for my money. It's a POS 😞 have had multiple issues and since I went $100 over budget, I'm kinda stuck with it now😩

They force the customers to buy other stuff with the phones when the customers wanna switch over to metro. For example, on the website of metro, if you switch over and wanna get iPhone 11 it would be only 75$. In this store, they will force you to buy cases, glass protectors,... etc to reach a cost of ~180$.

I'm a customer of metro my iphone was not working I couldn't make calls and was told by the 800 number to go to a store. I stop by this store on 7/32024 and Catlin and another lady was behind the counter Catlin proceed to tell me she wasn't customer service and that it wasn't her job to help me. I informed her that someone in there was going to help me. Needless to say it was such an easy fix and all that bad energy she was pushing at me was so uncalled for so if I wasn't in a zen state of mind she might of got something she wasn't looking for I think you need to retrain your employees the other lady was quiet and really wasn't answering Catlin smh as she kept trying to get her to back her up

This store is the most horrible store I've been to. They give false information just to lock you in to a plan and tell you how to beat there own system to get you to purchase phones turn it on then you get cut off by Metro because this store waived a fee that has you locked in to cut off your services to get you to pay more fees . I understand the young homely girl is trying to earn. Commission but come on dude. Y'all act like y'all desperate to make money ..went back to get a phone through my insurance and was told to break my phone more because it didn't have and cracks. Then my other line I was told that they didn't take dropped phones after a year of paying insurance on the phones sick of y'all dropped calls and the phone only last a good 6 month. The black lady that work there doesn't know how to talk to nobody

Says they open at 10 on online and nobody was here to let us in so we left. No hours on the door to let people know when they do open or close. Get to work on time if that's when you do open!

Wow, the lady there is incredibly rude, doesn't have interpersonal communication skills, and treats people as if they are inferior. I was sincerely surprised people like her are allowed to represent this company. I didn't get a name but she was a taller African American woman. Keep away if you value high quality customer service.

Hannah is awesome! I needed to transfer a sim card to a new phone and had tried calling customer service, but they were unable to help me since the phone wasn't displaying a second imei number for the esim. Hannah cheerfully figured out on the spot how to get the phone to display the number and registered it. Then, she went above and beyond and helped transfer the data over to the new phone.This was the best service I've ever experienced from any phone tech ever. Thanks Hannah!
