Meyer Music repaired an older student violin for me to give to my young granddaughter. I brought the violin in to get some repair work estimates, wondering if it would be worth fixing. They were very professional and communicated with me with specific things that needed repair and what the costs would be for each item. It just took a few days, and we are delighted with this violin. It is now like new! They did an excellent job. I recommend them.

The staff at Meyer Music were very helpful with choosing the right clarinet for my daughter. I was able to do a rent to own contract. This was very helpful when my daughter first started band because we weren’t sure if she was going to like it or not. While making payments on the instrument all maintenance and repairs were covered by their warranty. Recently, we decided to upgrade her instrument and all the previous payments we made on the beginner instrument went toward the purchase of her intermediate clarinet. I had the option to pay off the clarinet early. By doing this I got a great discount. Since the instrument is paid off, repairs and maintenance on the instrument are no longer covered. However, they offered me an extended warranty for $13/month for 5yrs. Since repairs and maintenance could be very costly, the extended warranty helps to put my mind at ease in case anything breaks or gets worn out. I’m very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service Meyer Music provides.

We have two kids that have instruments for school band and we’ve worked with Meyer Music for them both. They are easy to contact, quick to respond, flexible, informative, and friendly. We’ve had great experiences the entire time we’ve worked with Meyer Music. The employees are all knowledgeable and eager to assist with every aspect of instrument care, repair, and purchase.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assist my daughter in finding the perfect violin for her continued musical education!! Their rental program allows you any assistance you may need while using your instrument and even allows for easy “step-up” when the time comes!!

The service at Meyer Music in Kalamazoo has been amazing. My son started out playing a trumpet, then he switched to French horn. Most recently he did the step up program and upgraded his French horn to a better instrument. They made the process easy and fast for us.I highly recommend them!

Everyone here is really helpful and friendly. They do quality work on band instruments. We had an emergency reed incident and they were so incredibly helpful.

I take my saxophone in to get one of my keys fixed cause I'll be playing in a parade and they gave me a loaner and they don't even give me the same sax they gave me a down grade that sounds horrible and I'm pissed
