“Hi There, I am wondering what your return policy is. I purchased 3 beautiful hanging plants. @ 50$, they lasted about one week with great care as i buy all my flowers from Pansies for many. Many years and never had a problem! I hate to complain but i feel that's a lot of money to pay for flowers to have them totally die after one week! Thank you so much for reading I just thought you should know! I would have brought them back sooner but I don't drive very often! I tried to call and discuss this with you but I got no answer! I'm hoping this message is private, if not, I will certainly remove it! PLEASE return my message! Thanks again!”
