“Hi There, I am wondering what your return policy is. I purchased 3 beautiful hanging plants. @ 50$, they lasted about one week with great care as i buy all my flowers from Pansies for many. Many years and never had a problem! I hate to complain but i feel that's a lot of money to pay for flowers to have them totally die after one week! Thank you so much for reading I just thought you should know! I would have brought them back sooner but I don't drive very often! I tried to call and discuss this with you but I got no answer! I'm hoping this message is private, if not, I will certainly remove it! PLEASE return my message! Thanks again!”

“I live on the other side of the country, called Wedel’s after noon their time and asked for a same day delivery of flowers to my sister. I described what I would like the bouquet to look like and the amount of money I want to spend and even in the frigid cold weather, they were able to get an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers to my sister. The designer was allowed to choose how to put it together following my guidelines and just nailed it. Very happy!”
“I have plant-interested kids so I brought them in to the Mason Jar Plan Shop for the special they had going on- $12 make-your-own-succulent-terrarium. My kids are 4.5 and 2.5. And I had a baby with us. Am I insane? Yeah, probably. Anyways, the person working there was so nice to us. She helped my older kid put her terrarium together while I helped my younger one, and didn’t seem bothered that we were a bit messy with little hands. (mind you, we tried very hard not to be messy)
My kids are so proud of their little terrariums and it was overall a very pleasant experience.”
