Well I need a loan for a truck after I told about mine. I've been with Omni since I was a kid, so I thought I would just try to see if I could get alone through them. I just answered a few questions about the truck I was getting. They sent me an email with all the loan information I had the sign. I did the E sign and in lest then two hours I had my new truck. I came in to get the check and they had it ready to go, talk about no waiting. Thank you all for all your help.

I have been with Omni Community Credit Union for about 8 yrs. Their services are excellent. They individualized your needs and work hard to deliver the type of service their customers can count on. I hope to continue working with Omni as they excel in taking care of their customers.

Omni will be my forever credit union. This location specifically has help me for years. As a younger person establishing credit and financials they have been hands down the most helpful. Between over draft graces and loan questions they never fell short of helping me. I recently had to get approved for a car loan, it felt like I had a family member guiding me through it which made me extremely grateful given the anxiety I had it in all. I would highly suggest to any younger person establishing their financials to go here. Their app is easy to use too. Special thank you to Katie Del & connecting staff for guiding me through a car loan process!

Been going here for years they helped me build my credit. Everyone’s super nice here and friendly. They give out special holiday loans so that’s awesome. Clean environment and professional.

Went 2x to buy gift cards 1 time they only had 2 cards. Second time I went for gift cards Winter didn't know how to do the process for them after 20 mins I left without my gift cards. What is the issue that your employees don't know the process to issue gift cards. Poor poor customer service

We used to love our credit union but then the staff charged. Jodi retired after Terri and they fired Shawn. We finally made the move to a credit union we feel at home with and can close our accounts here. 2 stars for the staff that used to be.

I've had excellent service from OMNI. I have a checking and savings account, line of credit(card), and have taken out loans with them. They offer quick response (24 hours or less response time) and have helped me every time assistance was needed. I would recommend anyone to OMNI that wants consistent banking.

I use this branch on occaision and have always gotten quality service. The tellers are polite and always greet me with a smile. My home branch is in another city but I always get hometown service at any branch. I have been a member for over 20 years and would not have stayed this long if I was not satisfied with the service and handling of my account .
