I receive Remicade from Optimed Specialty Pharmacy. There have been numerous times where I have struggled with refills and referrals, but the ladies at Optimed always come through for me. They go above and beyond to figure out the issue and insure that I get my medication.

I had such a positive experience with Tamara during a challenging time, I had to send a comment.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support Tamara provided during my recent transition to Florida Cancer Specialists from Sloan Kettering in NY. Her professionalism and dedication made what seemed impossible—getting my chemo treatment sent to me in time, actually happened!!!
Tamara’s assistance during such a challenging time meant the world to me, and I truly cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. It’s comforting to know that there are compassionate individuals like her in the healthcare field.

If you've ever had to start a new injection or infusion, you know how hectic and stressful the process is while dealing with insurance companies and specialty pharmacies at the same time. I have had nothing but great service since I started using OptiMed. They are friendly on the phone, knowledgeable, and have helped me navigate and understand my insurance and prescription options. Also I rarely ever have long wait times. Very grateful for the team here!

Wow! My experience with OptiMed over the last year is 10 out of 10. Those of us that have to deal with medical care providers and pharmacies due to chronic medical conditions live in a nightmare. Optimed has been the gold standard the rest of the industry should follow. They are responsive, polite, follow-up, and deliver on-time. I highly recommend them.

Canceled my policy within a couple of days and requested a refund they dragged it out for over a month then said it termed our and would not give me refund after multiple messages sent to them
Poor customer service do not recommend them.
