Recently we had our suburban repaired here as a first time customer. Very polite and friendly during every interaction. The repair diagnosis was accurate and the quote to fix was fair. When I picked up our vehicle, I was given a quick explanation of all charges for the repair, how the repair was performed, and was shown the damaged parts that were replaced. Overall, it was a refreshing experience when good honest service is hard to come by!

Parchment Service Center has always been our family’s go to place for car repair. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I also know the prices aren’t going to be outrageous. It’s nice to have a dependable garage so close!
