Dr. Adam is wonderful, as were Kathi and Kelly. They took their time to make sure we had everything handled, even though it was the end of the evening and we were keeping them from going home. Even made sure to balance which item was best charged to which insurance even though it was probably their busiest week, what with it being the end of the year when everyone's trying to use up their insurance benefit. 10/10 would recommend!

So, my insurance, Eye Med called this places preferred place to go. Yeah, first they tried giving us a test that they didn't tell us was not covered. And then they only tried selling us the most expensive things, ignoring our insurance altogether. Finally we just got our prescriptions and got out of there. The woman we dealt with was very condescending and anytime I mentioned we just wanted what the insurance covered she acted shocked that we would want that. We will never return.

I got my first pair of glasses today and was charged $900 after insurance. They did not offer me different choices for lenses other than transition which I did want. I did not ask for anything extra. After I paid for them I was able to see the itemized list. And when I said I would like to purchase my glasses somewhere else. I was told that they can’t do anything to stop the transaction. I am outraged that I was overcharged because I had never purchased glasses before so I had no idea that I was being rippedOff

I don't typically leave reviews but the customer service I've received over the last 2 years has been appalling. I CANNOT get anyone to EVER answer the phone. They require you leave a message and return your call at their earliest convenience. When leaving a message, I gave dates/times I was available and they intentionally waited until AFTER all those dates and times had passed before I received a return phone call (this happened twice). I had received an email telling my prescription was ready for pick up. When I didn't get a call back for over a week I went to just go pick them up without an appointment. When I got there, the doors were locked but employees (without customers) were inside. I stood at the doorway and knocked. They made eye contact with me. I called them while I was staring at them and not only did they not answer, they didn't come to the door. Now, I realized when I'm walking away that there's a small paper on the door that said "by appointments only" given COVID restrictions... but to not even be acknowledged?? It's now a year later and I've called twice and left two messages requesting my prescription be sent to me so I can use FSA money before the end of the year and I still haven't received a call back. I won't be able to purchase additional glasses and the money will go to waste. They've had over a week to return my call. So this is almost 2 years now of consistent poor customer service.

You need an appointment to shop for glasses. However, you need to leave a message so they can call you back at THEIR convenience.

Was never ask about anything about extras on my lens and they just add them so I wasn't able to get the frames I wanted do to the extra charges for something I didn't ask for and customer service was good expect front counter employee he did explain any the charges to me or even bring them up to me I will find need place next time

Adam, the doctor was warm, friendly and thorough with my kid's exams. My initial appointment went smoothly. However, when I called to check on my daughter's glasses days after the promised date and when I went to pick them up, the receptionist was so rude and made me feel like a complete bother. She also switched out the case that my daughter's glasses came with and put them in what looked like a used case that was not even a brand they sell, let alone the same brand as my daughter's glasses. I found it strange because as soon as I came back in to question her about it, she immediately went to the correct case without even looking the glasses I had in the incorrect case. The customer service I received was a nightmare and my family will never be back!01/07/2022 I still haven't heard anything back from management regarding this complaint. This is exactly what disparities and inequities in healthcare look like!
