Highly recommend bringing your senior dogs especially as it is such a relief to give their joints a reprieve from gravity with a fun activity they enjoy.

Ethan came right up and we chatted for a second. He explained that this was actually a chemical reaction but still provided different cans for me to take home.
After doing my research, he is correct!
He handled the situation very well and had another employee, Hailey, there with him.
Both were very, very kind and understanding.
High praises as I am a manager myself.
Kudos to the whole team for keeping the atmosphere very light and welcoming.
Ethan still took pictures to talk to his manager about them so the accountability part was there too. (Ps. Hailey had the most adorable pup too!)

She made me feel very welcome and treated my cat very well! She even adjusted my bill as I had chosen a more costly service than what he needed. Super awesome and I would definitely book an appointment with her again!

2314 Gull Rd unit b, KalamazooI am beyond happy with Willow’s grooming appointment at Klean Kutt K9 Dog Grooming! Alisha was absolutely fantastic with her and treated her like she was one of her own. Willow looked adorable when I picked her up. She was clean, perfectly groomed, and so happy.
What really stood out to me is that she only grooms one dog at a time. Willow wasn’t stuck sitting in a crate waiting for hours like at some places. It felt much more personal, calm, and special — truly a little spa day just for her. You can really tell Alisha loves what she does and cares about every dog she works with.
She even sent me the cutest picture of Willow wearing a little shower cap during her spa day, which completely made my day! 🥹💕

The bet i had there is now gone, he sold the practice.
The new owners, whoever they are, are waay more expensive so I can not go there for vet care. Maybe for a rabies shot, but new patients have to pay 75 for first appt. It does get taken off what you have done and then you pay the rest. Maybe thats typical?
I just miss the old vet that was there. He was the best.

Several tests that cost significantly more at our previous veterinarian were nearly half the price here.

Even though the restaurant was absolutely slammed, the staff never made us feel rushed. They were attentive, kind, and more than happy to help, which says a lot about the level of customer service they provide.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it was excellent. The pepperoni had those perfectly curled, crispy edges, while the cheese and crust were cooked just right. Every bite tasted fresh and hot, and the flavor punchy.
One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer gluten-free options. We’ve ordered a gluten-free pizza before, and it was prepared perfectly without sacrificing flavor or quality. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes dietary needs seriously while still serving great pizza to their people.
Despite how busy they were, our food came out surprisingly fast (we did order online) and everything was exactly as ordered. The lady was sure to check and make sure we got all that we ordered before leaving. I had to run back in for a specific sauce and the lady smiled and gave it to me right away, she was so sweet. Great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a place we keep coming back to. If you’re looking for a pizza restaurant that consistently delivers both quality food and outstanding hospitality, this is it!!! Thanks Hungry Howies!

When we found a dog we were interested in, we applied and heard back within 36 hours. We went in for a meet and greet and also were able to bring our dog in as well to meet the new dog. While we did not end up adopting from here, we were impressed with the organization and the process, the knowledge of the volunteers and staff, their responsiveness to communication, the cleanliness of the facility and grounds, and the true commitment they showed to helping pets find the *right* homes, not just a place.

They are all up for adoption, some cats are bonded pairs which means they got to be adopted together or not at all. There is self serve coffee, snacks and sodas. They have a cute wall showing all the different cats and kittens that have been adopted through them. Wonderful place to play with cats and even adopt one if that's what you're looking for.
