Tried depositing cash into the atm and it couldn't read the good bills, only a 20, and this is not the first time this happened! Very inconvenient in this supposedly electronic world, now having to travel to a open PNC bank!!

Cannot manage to do cash withdrawals with tellers, instead you have to use an ATM. 2 atms were not functional, and 3rd ATM took 2 trys. I hate that large company's are using technology to replace customer service interactions, and it makes for an extremely frustrating customer experience. But hey, I guess good for them to be able to line their pockets a little more. I might switch banks after 8 years with PNC due to this.

The new management there is horrible. I miss the old crew that used to work there everybody knew your name and very polite. The managers just sit in their office with the door shut and if you have a question You have to make an appointment.

Nothing but troubles with this bank. Opened it because i have an online only bank who holds my paychecks when i deposit them for 3-5 days. I was told they would “never” hold my checks but here i am with my second check I’ve deposited being held for a week before i can access it. PNC is an absolute scam

Sadly, worst banking experience ever. I was trying to save some money so I opened an account. I could swear I double checked when I made the first deposit that there was no minimum balance and no hidden fees. From January to May 2021 they took out $60 for fees - and I only had $92 to begin with so that was pretty devastating. Since I wasn't using the money I never checked the account for problems until it notified me I was below $25 with only $17 left. Did they think I was OK with them taking money out with hardly in there to begin with? Could they not have reached out and said "Just so you know, we will take every penny in your account"? When I called yesterday they said it has to have a $2000 minimum balance every month to avoid fees. I would NEVER have opened it had I known that. This bank is not for hard working people trying to save money that are not already rich-please open your account elsewhere. This bank is for people who missed the fine print, are told lies, or people who have so much money they can let the bank get rich off of them. Why would they take $60 of my money when times are already hard enough right now? Are they really that desperate and money grubbing?

Now that I've started monitoring my mother's medical and financial affairs, I've started making an inventory of things in her life. One of the things was the content of a security box in a local bank. I remember when she made me a cosigner of this box 20 odd years ago. It was situated in another branch in Parchment. The security boxes were relatively secure and there was some privacy. But the branch in Parchment (near Kindleberger Park) apparently closed in the intervening years, and the contents of the boxes were moved to this branch on Gull Road. Putting aside that the boxes are not behind a secured door, putting aside that the boxes are a single key set up (requiring no second key from a bank employee), putting aside that I had my back to the lobby and anyone could have walked up behind me to see what I was doing, putting aside that the teller that walked me to the boxes had forgotten to tie both his right and left shoes, I have had more security and privacy with a locker in a bus station than I had with this security box at the Gull Road branch. An Idiotic setup. As if the bank branch had decided to just pile a bunch of boxes in a vacant unused corner of the bank.

I've been banking at this location for about 5 years now. With web-based banking these days, it's not super often that I need to visit the inside of a branch, but sometimes it's a necessity. Over the past few months I transitioned my Virtual Wallet accounts to new ones in the name of a Trust. Jay was super helpful in getting things set up and Bobbi was helpful in getting the old account closed out. Occasionally I will stop in to withdraw money from a teller, like if I want a clean and crisp $100 bill for a gift or something. The tellers are always so friendly and although the transactions are simple, they seem like they enjoy their job and they provide great service. I can tell by the way they speak to other customers in line that they recognize repeat customers and appreciate their business.

First off, the people here are always extremely nice! If I ever have any problems I can always call them and reach the branch and the person always helps me out. Very satisfied and will always stay with Pnc
