Made appointment online for fasting blood work. When I got there staff couldn't operate fax machine properly to retrieve order so I had to call office to have them re-send it. Sat for 50 minutes while they realized it was operator error. Staff wasn't very helpful, didn't have any resource phone numbers to assist in expediting solving problem. Couldn't have MRSA test performed because they required an RN to obtain test and there is none on staff there. I only came here because my insurance assigned me to this local lab. Not very professional or empathetic

Grant was amazing with our little 1-year-old. The order needed to be changed and he was able to call and get that corrected quickly. He was calm and patient with an irritable baby. Be open communication was very professional. I think you should give this man a week's paid vacation at an all-inclusive resort!! Thanks!!

This has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL lab in Kalamazoo! I was there on Monday and because I didn't make an appointment, I had to wait for those that did, and I was unaware that appointments needed to be made. To today I had my appointment, had an email from my employer that the order was faxed, only to be informed that they do not accept drug screens via fax, that my NEW employer must give me a passcode. Then they proceeded to bad mouth my employer. I thanked the lady who helped me get everything straightened out and another lady said "I helped you too, I was just with another client" I just looked at her and she proceeded to walk me to the door arguing with me all the way. With her telling me I wasn't being nice as she helped me as well, but couldn't further because she was with another client, so I should of thanked her as well. I again just looked at her and said "I would have, but you were with another client" She proceeded to argue with me as I was exiting the building. I finally said "It is very unprofessional of you to be arguing with a client leaving the building". That didn't stop her, I finally gave her the "Michigan wave (middle finger extended) and left.

Had a very good experience went for a ndot urine test and it was quick, sanitary, and professional. I do recommend making your appointment before so you can get in and out and go about your day.

Barb was great, we had frustrating issues with the Quest Diagnostics computer system not working and she went above and beyond to figure it out and get me all set

They claimed I did not pay my bill, told me I HAD to set up a payment plan for my acct not to be sent to collections while I worked w my insurance to get my bill paid. Talked to my insurance, found out they already paid the bill in full. Gave Quest the check number, date of payment, literally all the information they could need and told them to take my card information OFF and NOT to charge me. They assured me I would not be charged while they worked on it. I still received multiple notifications about my "balance owed" so I called again. They assured me I wouldn't be billed and to "ignore the notifications", come today and they charged my card for the payment plan anyways. This place is a mess and they literally at this point just robbed me.

This place will rob you blind. They continue to bill me even though my insurance already covered all of the cost. I worked it out with them a week ago and they just sent me another bill for the same incident. I've told them to stop harassing me and gave them all the proof of payment, but they will not leave me alone.**UPDATE: They billed me today without my permission. Commiting fraud is super illegal. These people are crooks. I did NOT give them permission to bill me, and my bill is 100% paid for by my insurance. So now they're committing insurance fraud and robbing me.

Started showing symptoms and my work told me to stay home. Was able to get a free test thru Quest. Fine and dandy until it takes them my entire quarantine time to give me my results. Got an email saying they were ready, when I log in to MyQuest? Nothing. Still pending. Still waiting. I try to call. Front desk lady completely understands and gives me a number to call. Thank god for her. But try calling today bc I need the results ASAP, I’m on hold for 40 minutes. When I finally stop hearing the holding music, I say hello? And then I’m hung up on. Please don’t use this company if you would like to go back to work in a timely manner. Idgaf if it was during a holiday, my mother got results in three hours thru her regular doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d give one star if it wasn’t for the pleasant front desk person.

Holy cow was that fast and easy! The tech was thorough and knowledgeable and while I dislike getting blood drawn, it was as painless as it could have been.
