The quickest shop in town with the best service, price, and customer service. The guys here are really amazingly good people.My car battery died last time I was there in the bay, and they used their personal vehicle and cables to get me up and running, even offering to help me install a new battery if I brought it back and needed help. I have always had wonderful experiences here. With that being said, I'm very disappointed in one of the younger staff members. Sure, he seemed to know his stuff but he was beyond rude to someone he seems to be training. A woman pulled up to ask a question. He completely dismissed her and literally told me he didn't care what she needed. I'm not sure how this boy is going to be successful while working with someone so so nasty to him. Also, the young man with the short hair had foul language.

This place is awesome. They are the cheapest place in kzoo to get your oil changed. I take all my vehicles here. They go out of there way every time I come in. Service includes fluid top offs until my next oil change for free coolant, oil, brake fluid, even washer fluid yes please!
