Once more we are thrilled with the installation and the final result. Installers were again outstanding and were happy to install extra pieces of trim for us as well. Work was done right on time and came in right as expected for cost. Could not be happier with the new fresh look of the marble plank.

I appreciated the professional service and fair quote. Matt spent time reviewing the application of our new floor at the first visit and was available for follow up calls and questions. The installer Miguel answered my questions and did a wonderful job with the work. I reviewed a couple of businesses before settling on Sackett's. I made the right choice.

From meeting Steve and explaining what I was looking for to the installation. Everyone at Sackett’s has been professional, kind, and willing to help in anyway. I never felt pressured to get something that was out of my budget or didn’t fit my need. I felt that Steve really listened and more than delivered. The installation team was so fast and kind and I loved having them here. I’m so happy with our carpet and will come to Sackett’s for any other flooring I may need in the future.

Dale is a consummate professional with a well-developed focus on customer service. Installers George and Luis did an amazing job, consulting with me during their day to ensure a result I was happy with. Hardwood refinisher Steve made our old oak floor glow. In response to your request for information about Sacketts Flooring I must say that I have nothing but exceptionally fine dealings with them for the past 10 years. Deadlines were always met, and the quality of their work has been superb. A few times I have asked for changes , they were carried out quickly and cheerfully. I can only say that I have been pleased with her work and highly recommend Sacketts Flooring.
