I mainly use Bob & Kay's for the car wash, for which I have a monthly pass. There are some items in the store I buy, like 20oz of RC cola, one of the few places that have them, & Faygo Cola as well. It's easy to find the other flavors of Faygo in the 20-28oz size at other stores, but not the Cola. I have no brand loyalty when it comes to colas, I've got to keep changing it up.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car and the cashiers were so supportive and kind! Thank you to the staff for letting me stay warm while I was waiting for the two company!

Hours says 24 hours. Maybe before covid. You need to adjust your hours because you are definitely not open 24 hrs and are misleading

Bad customer service in September. Cashier named Danny was very immature, rude and disrespectful. Not a courteous worker at all!

I had to quit going to this car wash because of scratches and damage to my jeep. I have tried to stop payment ever since Aug but they keep charging me, I did everything I was supposed to by giving my passcode number and they will not stop charging. Now I have over $60 on my credit card,(the one I paid off and tried to stop), plus the interest rate of 22.9% in which I'm having to pay for all of these months. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer.

I personally was just blown away, they had free vacuums which is fantastic. Then one day they made them so you had to go through the car wash to use the vacuums LOL kind of a dick move in my book I don't go there.

I am a long time Fast pass car wash Member who went in on a rainy Saturday to give them my updated Credit card for my monthly automatic payment. The two young boys working told me I had to get back into my car & drive to the car wash window. There was no one else in the store & no one else working that window. The last time I did this they scanned it right in the store. This seemed a little lazy & lack of Customer Service to me!
