The employees are stagnant, rude impersonal, they all need to go work factory jobs if they don't know how to work with people in public, I am sick of these ignorant young people that don't have customer service skills and trailer trash managers in the back doing nothing while lines are long. Speedway has gone down in service and their crew are just breathing bodies with no manners. I will go to Meijer Gas Station, Speedway is a very last resort.

This location is always so busy, expect to be in line for a few minutes. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. The staff is friendly it could use a good cleaning or maybe more hours to spread the workload out

Came in in the snow, on Black Friday before my retail shift. I made sure I had enough time to get there with the weather so I could grab myself an energy drink before working retail on the busiest day of the year. The tweaker employee (who was wearing a 7-11 shirt) grabbed the door from me rudely and told me she needed to lock up and I couldn’t come in because she’s checking in a truck. She offered zero apology, gave me no time to explain my transaction would take two seconds. Really frustrating to be locked out in the cold and I get there’s a job to do, but how is that my problem? It’s not. Make sure you have staff available to help customers when it’s snowing on Black Friday instead of rudely locking them out. That really started my day out on a horrible note.

No one wears speedway shirt they have this one guy that’s working there he looks like he more into fashion then the job the employee s there always have a attitude I had better service years ago and I go here every morning manager s don’t care

Very inefficient. There was only 1 cashier behind the counter with a line to the door, while I saw 2 other cashier's chit-chatting with customers.
I chose to skip the slow moving line and go elsewhere.

Window washers were available, but there was no window washer solution in the containers. Also, the facility was dirty and not taken care of.

Absolutely Terrible. The customer service was nonexistent! How dare your employees not even acknowledge the customer they’re checking out!! But on top of that, your store was absolutely disgusting, and the food had been sitting out for so long that it literally didn’t even look edible, We are extremely dissatisfied!! 0/10 Stars

Worst Speedway in town. The older lady with grey hair refuses to work at the register. There are normally 10 people in line, one young kid working the registers, while she is pretending to wipe down counters.

Absolutely disgusting. Zero food. But after seeing the condition of the restroom, not sure if I would want to eat here. And what is the point of locking the bathroom if you're never going to clean it? Toilet Gross, and the sink hasn't been cleaned in nearly a week.

Went here last night around 730-8pm and the guy with long hair was very disrespectful.. My uncle was using the cappuccino machine it went down and next thing you know the guy is yelling about how he just broke the water line on the machine.. He didnt open it, or pull on the machine all he did was press a button so we was def confused on how he "broke" the machine..

Usually just stop in for lottery or beverages. Store is very dirty inside (countertops at registers are sticky, junk on floor, dirty floor, etc). Also lots of litter outside. Last time I was there a man walked in, went right to the register (despite a line) & asked the clerk for a light for his cigarette. The clerk did so, man walked out smoking through the store. Ridiculous !

It was quick and easy to get what you need. They could of stocked a little more. Only thing got me was the guy with the mask on and hoodie carrying a big bag standing by the pumps while people get gas.
