If you arent going to have an available option to ttlurn down or off the ads at the pump then lower the volume. Nothing worse than pumping gas early in the morning and having ads on a shitty speaker with maxxed out treble like nails on a chalkboard in your ear. Seems like a predatory practice to force ads on people who have to attend their pump by law. Please, for the love of God, lower the ad volume. Nobody gives af about the ads, 7-11 is just raking in ad money at the expense of their customers

Normally don't have an issue but tonight I had to wait in line for 10 xtra minutes cause the employee behind the counter was tweaking out on something. She was fiddling with the back of the computer and tossing stuff around while there is 4 people waiting in line. Only stopped to ring people out after she got questioned why she was taking so long.

Long line of people. One cashier. And the cashier allowed family to come behind counter to pay for their stuff making everyone else wait longer. Unacceptable customer service. May 20th at 8am.
