It's usually a good experience at this location. Store hours on Google and on the door say it's open until 9:30 pm on Thursday. When I got there at about 8:50 pm, the open sign was on, the hours on the door said 9:30 pm and the door was unlocked. But the employee said they were closed and closed at 9 pm. She rolled her eyes, turned her back, and walked away when I said it wasn't 9 pm yet, that the open sign was still on, and - obviously - the door was unlocked. If you plan to change your hours, correct the sign on the door. If you plan to close early, turn off the open sign and lock the door. Those are simple steps to keep customers returning by knowing when you're open and to avoid interacting with a tired, sarcastic, and rude employee.

Literally just ordered and sitting in the lobby. woman who helped me at first was good! the gentleman running the cashier was a jackass. Please go somewhere. He is incredibly rude.

sign on the showcase states a list of the only subs that u can get with coupon. Does not include the steak and cheese one i always get at other branch stores. when i asked why, "because it costs too much". note this is not about the numbered specialty subs that have never been part of the coupon deal. Another sign says they dont honor bogo coupons at all. This is the only place ive seen with these restrictions and exclusions and no apology. Lettuce was very wilted, must be another cost saving measure. will not go back to this store. what a disappointment

I had ordered a tuna sandwich this is my 3rd and last time I will ever come to that place they are so cheap and stingy with giving you enough meant i though it depends on the person but no it’s everyone that work there is very stingy. Look at all the veggies and bread I had vs me tasting any meant also I ask for a medium size cut to get some water as I go to grab one the young girl yelled at me saying no and hurry and took it to give me the smallest cup for water like that’s a shot size cup I couldn’t do nothing with that anyway I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to go there the subway on sprinkle rd is better.

Might be the cleanest Subway I've ever been to! Food was great. Service was quick and ingredients were fresh. Greeted at the door!

Don't go to subway much but when I do, it's usually this location. Had a coupon to use. It was get a 6 in combo meal for $6.49. Got a turkey sandwich and was told I couldn't use the coupon because a 6 in turkey is already over $5. I've never heard of such a thing. Why put out coupons when you can't use them for anything. Won't be going back to Subway.
