I have been going to Supercuts for years and have never had a bad hair cut and the stylists were always on top of their game and friendly and courteous. Wednesday August 27, 2025 around 6:30pm I went to the Stadium Drive location and had the worst service and the worst haircut experience ever!! The one stylist working that day seemed very inexperienced and had to stop during my haircut to go get sick! Also had to stop while cutting the ladies before me hair. I'm hoping to go to the Portage location ,where I usually go, tomorrow to see if they can fix this horrible hair cut I have. I have always spoken well about Supercuts and am hoping this never happens again.

Even when busy, the staff are pleasant and not pushy. I would also like to say thank you to Shay for being awesome. They listened to my opinions about my hairstyle and gave excellent advice based on their world experience.

Marissa did an exceptional job with my 13 year Olds haircut! Not only was she patiently able to figure out what my stubborn teen wanted, but she explained every step of the process so Mel wasn't as anxious about the big change. From start to finish, we couldn't have left happier!
Update: we went again and had amazing service AGAIN!!

Stylist wasn’t too talkative and seem like they rushed through my haircut and didn’t even notice what they missed haircut took maybe 15-20 minutes for the hair entire haircut I even gave them a $4 Tip
