My phone say i have 5 g 4 bars, yet non of my apps will load unless im on wifi. Ive called tech support (611) 2 times. They told me my service will be back in a couple days. Its been a month and I still have the same issue. I PAY for service but I CANT use it. T mobile service is THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. I would give it a 0 if I could. I will be switching service providers asap. my review is based on the service t-mobile proives for their customers.

New phone, the second time around she took her time with us. First young man was not listening & when phone did not work & just wanted to make calls & receive calls.So when we arrived at home, away from the store. And "no" book in box,Had to run back up & a nice young lady (girl) fixed the phone, so we could make calls & receive them as well. Thank you!

Went into store to port a prepaid to post paid. Told number needed to be active so payment was made. Near the end of the sale of the new phone, I asked if the 50 would be refunded and was told no. Absolutely worst service. Quite apparent tmobile either wants to steal money from thier customer or because they work on commission , the sale was more important than customer. Definatley NEVER using tmobile.

I called the store to see if I could get new phone and plans in store today instead of doing everything online and waiting for the phone to be shipped. The female associate said that I could. I got ready and drove 20 min to the store, showed her what I wanted. No one knew how to transfer my number from my current carrier to T-Mobile. After that whole talk, she also told me that they didn't have any of the phones in the store.I am sorry but coming into the store was a waste of mine and my family's time. I ended up calling T-Mobile and the sales person Steve was great!

I brought a friend in for the $50 refer a friend program. Shared with them that what we were doing. It wasn't until I got home and tried to receive my credit until I learned you had to apply and then bring your friend in to sign up.

I didn't get good service from Jordan. He actually hung up on me June 8th, 2022. On June 7th, the day prior, I spent over $500.00 dollars at this store. I purchased a new phone and I had a question regarding the phone. He suggested that I come in and I was telling him that I was waiting for portable oxygen to be delivered formy mother--who's in hospice care--that I couldn't come in.He wasn't sympathetic or demonstrated emphathy to my situation, and did not take the time or effort to walk me through my issue. I resolved my question regarding the issue on my own, and certainly did not feel that I was a valued customer. When I have the opportunity and time I'm going to report this incident to corporate.

I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and it has not smoothly! Still trying to figure out which carrier service, or both are at fault! Not paying for both. One must go!

I gave 4 Stars mainly for Customer Service at W.Main store. I always get polite help,& most issues resolved. Tmobile use to have GREAT reception. Now it's just OK! I have to be on my Wifi when home due to phone saying "no connection,check mobile data." When away from home i just have to wing it & refresh phone to get connection. It sucks! Fix whatever is going on with these towers so people can use their phones properly. ALL CARRIERS RECEPTION SUCK HERE & THERE! LEAVE 5G ALONE! IT APPARENTLY IS NOT WORKING SO LET IT GO,& FIX THE SERVICE FIRST! PLEASE!

Part 1: I would like to thank Jordyn for helping my wife and I set up the accounts for 3 phones we got today. He even managed to navigate the perils of the Boost customer service automated system to help my family recover account numbers so we could keep our existing phone numbers. Patient, knowledgeable, and a wonderful multitasker, a true asset to Tmobile.Part 2: I watched the manager Rihianon keep a cool head, a helpful tone, and a smile on her face while dealing with a sever issue of a customer today. If the woman could also walk on water I would put her up for sainthood as it was a miracle to watch the level of professionalism she maintained, and the leadership she showed. She also aided in the finishing of updating and switching over our accounts, we are happy we chose to come in today. Thanks again!
