“Talked to Tom Monday morning and he said he had time to take a look at it. Dropped it off Monday afternoon and touched base with him. He took the truck for a test drive to confirm what I was feeling. Told me what the price would be so I asked him to just go ahead with the repair. Touched base with him Wednesday morning and he said that they were getting the truck put back together and would call me around 2pm. Called me as stated and told me that the truck was done.
Mind you this is a 4 year heel drive truck that needed a transmission rebuilt and he completed this task in 2 days. The truck drives like new again. As a lawn care business owner I rely on my trucks to pull equipment and materials day in day out and only having a truck down for 2 days is huge. Tom and his crew will be the only one who I will bring my trucks to for the unexpected major repairs.”
