Absolute life savers. Electrical warehouses are closed on the weekend. Big box stores don't stock certain parts. Pay them a visit! House already feels cooler!

I called earlier to ask how much it would cost to cut a car key, and I was told $10. After driving 25 minutes to your shop, I was then told it would actually be $20 because it’s a double-sided key. This should have been clarified over the phone either by saying prices start at $10 or by specifying $10 for single-sided and $20 for double-sided keys. Clear communication is important, and I hope you’ll be more upfront with customers in the future.

Always love stopping here, everyone is always really helpful and kind. Very attentive as well. They have a pretty okay selection of things as well, it's my go to spot for when I need to do a quick fix on something for the house or stock up on some supplies.

We're here all the time. It saves time to stay in the neighborhood and not have to trek to a big-box store to get the same items. They offer some other services such as repairs and key-making. Highly recommended if you are a DIYer.

Always go here to get a cleaning product called Lestoil that I cannot buy anywhere else in town. Prices are much better than online sellers and no shipping. I asked them about Chandelier cleaner not expecting they would have it.. but they did. Again, price better and no shipping. I always check there for any slightly unusual item. Plus, they have rentals, Benjamin Moore paint and prices are quite competitive. Help is exceptional, unlike big boxes.

I have supported Gales True Value since it was built. I use 15 to 20 cans of spray paint every 6 weeks. Two of the cans were defective. I used each one to cover a 6x6 tile. I took them back to ask them if they could assist me in figuring out the problem. The nozzle itself was defective the spray opening was not clogged. The clerk said he had never seen anything like that before. He spoke to the manager or owner, female. She gave me a lecture on how to use spray paint. Since only ounces had been used, I asked if I could get a discount for new cans. I was told no. They could have returned them to Rusoleum for a full credit and still made money. Poor decision on her part. They have lost a loyal customer. I even paid $2.00 more per can than I could get from Menards. Won't be going back.
