Thanks so much to Joseph and Thomas! They were such polite and hard working young men, listening well to special instructions from me about individual items. They clearly knew what they were doing which gave me confidence. I’d highly recommend them!
I wrote that first paragraph after Thomas and Joseph loaded my possessions onto their truck. What I didn't anticipate was that they would encounter a serious snowstorm in transit to my new residence in another state. They did a great job of texting me what was happening and keeping me updated. The storm caused a small delay, but I know they handled an unexpected situation well.
When they arrived at my new home, they were just as professional and pleasant as they'd been when they originally loaded my things. My furniture and boxes arrived undamaged, and Joseph and Thomas put furniture exactly where I requested. They seemed to understand that moving is an exhausting experience and were very thoughtful. Their work ethic and positive attitude were impressive.
I would definitely recommend them to others!

The lead mover, Javier, communicated well all day. At there arrival went over all the details of the move and put covering on the floor. They were prompt, careful and professional.

We’ve used 2 Men & A Truck twice in the last 3.5 years to move locally in the greater Kalamazoo area. We’ve had one positive experience, and one negative experience. So if you like to gamble, go for it and choose them to move your belongings, otherwise I’d look elsewhere.
Both times our movers were very good, the 2nd time there was some damage to a couple of dressers and a wall in the house we were moving from, but I understand nobody is perfect. We’re still waiting for our damage waiver claim to be completed so we’ll see how all that shakes out.
My gripe is with the estimation process of how many people and trucks to send. It’s an educated guess at best and we were left holding the bag to move quite a bit of stuff including some larger items. Including but not limited to TVs, a table and chairs, a bunch of boxes and more. I ended up having to rent another U-Haul truck and hire some more folks to help me move the rest of our stuff on a holiday weekend. It made an already stressful situation even more so.
Again your mileage may vary, but I’ll look elsewhere next time we need to move our stuff as I’m not much of a gambling man.

DJ, George, and Clayton are hands down the best moving team! I don’t know how they did it but they got all of our stuff loaded, driven over, and unloaded, IN THE SNOW, in 8 hours. How? Beats me! Just that “Two Men” and a Truck magic!
